Most people by their own admission are spatially and or colour challenged. They have a hard time visualizing a place that they can see themselves living in when it is full of furniture and cluttered.

Staging is more than cleaning up:

  • It’s showing the “bones” of the house or condo.
  • It’s about showing the space, the light, the harmony and the balance so that potential buyers become emotionally attached immediately.
  • It’s about drawing them in and letting them dream about living in this place.
  • It’s about saying YES to the agent, I WANT THIS ONE.

A well staged space should illicit a WOW from every person walking into the house as a potential buyer.
Too many lost opportunities and too much time wasted when houses are not staged professionally.
